Congratulations on the expected arrival of your new baby!

Amidst all the joy, we know that a diagnosis of Down syndrome can create stress; not knowing what to expect for your baby or for yourselves as new parents; what to tell family and siblings; what the future might look like.

We understand that things may not be as you expected. You may be feeling overwhelmed with a full range of emotions.

Right now, having accurate and current information about Down syndrome is one of the best things you can do.

Our New Parent Information Pack has a wealth of resources and can help answer some of the questions and concerns you may be experiencing. Ask your hospital, GP or midwife if they have our New Parent Information Pack on hand.  If not, please contact us directly and ask to speak with one of our Information & Support team.  We can also visit you in your home or at hospital and you are always welcome to come and see us at the office.
