Access to information is vitally important to our community.  Down Syndrome NSW's Julie Cromer Library Resource Centre, holds approximately 2000 items; books, DVDs, journals and information kits.

Member families and carergivers of people with Down syndrome are invited to attend our regular Open Library Sessions, to socialise, share information, discuss topics of interest and for staff to offer support and information, on any topic of interest to you.  And of course you'll have a great opportunity to borrow resources.

There are two groups:

Parents/siblings/carers/supporters of adults with Down syndrome
The FOURTH Thursday of every month, beginning Thursday 30th May.
Staff will be available to discuss and provide in-depth information on any topic you like such as NDIS, health, ageing and more.

Parents/siblings/carers/supporters of children with Down syndrome aged 0-7
The SECOND Thursday of each month, beginning Thursday 13th June.
There'll be book readings, toys and games to play as well as staff available to discuss any topic you like such as developmental milestones, early education and more.

Where: Down Syndrome NSW office, Level 6/410 Church St North Parramatta
Time: 1pm - 3pm (drop in any time during those hours)
Cost: FREE to attend.  Tea/coffee will be served
