We had an absolutely fantastic time at the World Down Syndrome Congress (WDSC)! Our booth was a hive of activity from start to finish. We distributed a wealth of informative resources about Down syndrome and the vital work of Down Syndrome NSW. The attendees' enthusiasm was amazing as they eagerly gathered materials, asking questions, and expressing genuine interest in the support and services we offer.
The response to our educational resources was incredibly positive. Many visitors commented on how helpful and insightful the information was, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness and understanding about Down syndrome. This engagement highlighted the critical role Down Syndrome NSW plays in supporting individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the wider community.
In addition to the resources, our sales table was a crowd-pleaser with its delightful selection of Australian-themed merchandise. We sold soft, cuddly kangaroos and koalas, which quickly became favorites among the attendees. Our eye-catching magnets and beautifully designed tea towels added a charming touch of Australia that many couldn't resist. The selection didn't stop there; our colorful pencil cases and pens were also popular, especially among younger visitors. Our tote bags and hats received great feedback and were in high demand, with many people appreciating their practicality and stylish designs.
Our Down Syndrome NSW wristbands and hats were a big hit, with many people proudly wearing them to show their support for our cause. It was heartwarming to see the sea of wristbands and hats, symbolizing solidarity and shared commitment to advocating for individuals with Down syndrome.
To add a sweet touch to the event, lots of people enjoyed our delicious cookies. The cookies brought smiles to many faces and added a welcoming, friendly atmosphere to our booth.
