Your plan will not change, only the billing which will be automatically adjusted by NDIS, and the service you are receiving will be charged as per the new NDIS price guide from 1 July 2024.  

SERVICES PROVIDED BY DOWN SYNDROME NSW

In the best interests of supporting our members, Down Syndrome NSW has chosen not to index its UP! Club pricing this financial year as we recently adjusted these in January 2024.

Travel Club and Camps will continue to be charged similarly with a quoted price under the 04_210_0125_6_1 NDIS line item, and the fixed cost per hour for all other UP! Club activities under the Community Social & Recreational Activities 04_210_0125_6_1 NDIS line item will remain the same.

Under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2024-2025, Training for parents/carers under the 15_038_0117_1_3 NDIS line item has increased from $74.63/hour to $77.00/hour. 

Short notice cancellation rules have changed, although 7 days' notice remains for all Down Syndrome NSW services in line with requirements of the NDIS. Please let our team know well in advance if you are unable to attend an activity by contacting admin@downsyndromensw.org.au or (02) 9841 4444.
