Down Syndrome NSW Members Enjoy an Unforgettable Night at Rabbitohs Captain’s Round Match

Down Syndrome NSW (DSNSW) members had the incredible opportunity to experience the excitement of live rugby league at Accor Stadium on Thursday, 27 March 2025. Thanks to the generous support of Souths Cares, Down Syndrome NSW members and their families attended the highly anticipated clash between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Penrith Panthers. 

The event was part of the Rabbitohs’ Captain’s Round Match, celebrating inclusivity and community engagement. Down Syndrome NSW members came together to enjoy the game and cheer for their favourite teams. 

The event also provided an opportunity for Down Syndrome NSW to connect with Souths Cares, reinforcing the shared commitment to creating inclusive sporting experiences for people with Down syndrome. 

The night was filled with energy, excitement, and community spirit, with Down Sydnrome NSW members enjoying a thrilling match alongside passionate Rabbitohs and Panthers fans. The event further strengthens the ongoing relationship between Down Syndrome NSW and Souths Cares, setting the foundation for future collaborations that promote inclusivity in sport.
