NDIS Services & Supports
As of 30 June 2023, there were 11,617 active participants in the National Disability Scheme (NDIS) with a primary disability of Down syndrome.
The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life, aiming to assist individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their participation in the community.
